The Militarium is an important part of our plans for the British Engineerium Museum and will occupy one of its main buildings.
Devoted to the British engineering heroes who invented and developed urgent contributions to military technology, from tinned food to the jump-jet and beyond.
It will also pay tribute to the many heroes, both known and unsung who had to use these developments of Industrial Warfare in times of urgent need.
Amongst them my own uncle, Reg Curtis, who parachuted into Arnhem for Operation Market Garden during WW2.
I would like to share with you Reg’s story, in his own words with this pdf of his book Tafelberg.
The Parachute Regiment Charity will receive all profits from his latest work, The Memory Endures.
